After my graduation I started my first job at Accenture and I moved to Amsterdam where I lived for 3 years. After working one year for Accenture I decided to quit and start a new company, MaxLifestyle.net, with my brother, his wife and a former colleague of my brother. The first two years we ran this company in Holland but we realized that we needed more people if we were going to make it into a success. This is why in April 2004 I came to the Philippines to start a small office with three creative writers. It was all supposed to be temporary and I was supposed to run this office from the Netherlands, but then something big happened...
During a company outing in Boracay I met Nona! Four months after I moved out of my condo in Amsterdam, moved all my stuff to the Philippines and now I work and live in Eastwood a minute walking from where Nona lives with her brother... strange how quickly things can change! I am still running MaxLifestyle and our office in Eastwood has already grown to 26 people. In November 2006 Nona and I started our first venture as a couple: MicroSourcing which is a BPO operation.
